Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of any tour or travel services due to unavoidable reasons, please inform Him Travel Experts in writing either in Email or Whatsapp message. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive the written cancellation request. The cancellation charges will be as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- 35 days prior to arrival: 40% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- 10 days prior to arrival or No Show: No refund will be provided.
Important Points:
- Services booked for the same day are strictly non-cancellable
- Group tour bookings are strictly non-cancellable
Terms & Conditions
- If any local sightseeing attractions or destinations are closed due to maintenance, adverse weather conditions, government orders, strikes, curfews, natural calamities, or any other unforeseen circumstances, Him Travel Experts will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative sightseeing options, subject to availability. However, the company does not guarantee such arrangements and shall not be held liable if alternatives are unavailable.
- Him Travel Experts strives to provide the best possible services to its guests at all times. However, if guests choose to independently book or avail any services from other providers during the tour, the company will not be responsible for such services, and any claims related to them will not be accepted.
- Any changes or modifications to the tour or itinerary after payment confirmation or during the trip may result in additional charges, depending on the nature of the requested changes.
- If the booking or order has already been confirmed with hotels or other vendors, any applicable refund will be processed only after the company receives the refund from the respective vendors. The final refundable amount will be adjusted accordingly.
